This registered japanese black wagyu heifer we have for sale here is a marbling masterpiece! She's out of one of the world's top marbling wagyu sires and her dam is one of our best donor cows. If you need a high marbling female for the operation it'd be hard to find one better than this.
She is sired by SunnySide 0540, one of the highest marbling bulls in the world. He carries a marble score of 4.0, top 1% being the 3.2 mark and the breed avg is 1.2, its literally off the charts. His marble fineness is equally high, and his EMA hoovers near the top 1% mark as well. You'll find two of AU's biggest names in his pedigree, the Coates Itoshigenami G113 bull and United's sire Michifuku F126. He's been one of the more sought after bulls of 2023/4.
On the dam side we have a well pedigree'd cow with data to match. Our 566 cow, who is sired by Mayura L0010 (aka L10) who was the first bull out of Australia to really set things in motion here in the USA back in 2019, as far as EBVs are concerned, and shout out to LMR for that. He is a bull that will produce average size animals with above average carcass weights and great marbling. Something the USA had strived to make and just never quite got there. On the granddam side of things we have Michifuku over Kitaguni Jr two of the best marbling bulls in the history of Wagyu within the United States.
Back to the actual heifer for sale, as you see above we have an animal that is stacked with Australia's most famous sires. EBV wise, let's see what the magic predicts... The heifer is going to be a smaller framed slower growing animal with the expected light maternals. On the quality side of things her marble fineness, marble score, as well as her ema are all bursting off the chart near the top 1% marks. This combined with her carcass weight that still rings in at breed average, keeps her pinned towards the top of all four major indexes! If that's not enough, she is also defect-free!.
