Here's a new hot bull just hitting the USA in late 2024!   Perhaps the best attribute of this bull is what he does not have in his pedigree:  United, L10, F154 - meaning he is probably a great match inbreeding wise with everything in your pasture.   Mr R046 was living the easy life in a pasture until the beef he was producing was noticed, EBVs investigated, and poof he now has his genetics in the USA.   This bull's EBV's are beautiful, everything for the most part is on the correct side of the graph.   He's essentially top 1% on marbling stats and top 5% in carcass weight.   This is the holy grail of wagyu, a large amount high quality beef coming from these animals.   Perhaps the most amazing thing from an EBV perspective is that he carries that super high marbling but also top 5% milk.   Faster growing but not a huge mature weight, so very efficient with that top notch carcass weight.   And the cherry on top is that he's defect free!
